Happy with the repair of the bike. They are very friendly and did more to fix the bike than what was expected and what was originally agreed and now it runs very smoothly. Thank you! ....If only I did not unexpectedly need to return this bike to its owner tomorrow....

Great experience with City-cykler. Needed a couple repairs done- flat tire and new chain install. Both totaling about 400kr and very face service. I will be returning for other bike fixes. 👍🏻 Also, City-cykler only takes cash 💵 or mobile pay. Either way there are bank atms around.

Really bad experience and poor service. I came to have my handbrake on my cargo bike fixed. We then agreed on a service inspection and to have the handbrake fixed. When I come to pick it up, he says an inspection and handbrake have been done on it. However, no handbrake at all. Then he says that it is because he lacks a brake pad for exactly this type of cargo bike. However, I can come down tomorrow and get it done cheaply, he says. I'm saying that wasn't the deal. Unfortunately, I choose to give him another chance and he then puts a brake pad on. It now turns on and constantly brakes the bike a little and it brakes very badly as in almost not when I want to use the brake. When I tell him that, he says it's my handbrake lever that needs fixing. Now I have paid DKK 1050 and NOT got a bike that can brake. It's too bad. There were also several other things that were annoying, but I can't bear to write that too. I used the old owners several times and was always satisfied with good quality and good communication. I really cannot recommend the new owner.
