The worst experience I have ever had in more than fifteen years of work. Never have I seen such a complete lack of attention, communication, care and respect towards those who work as well as towards customers. Exorbitant prices for disappointing and sloppy service and a menu created specifically to cheat the customer. Run away! There are hundreds more restaurants and better coffee in this city. Don't even give him 1 dkk. They don't deserve it.

Cutest carrot cake ever! Also quite tasty 😃 . Great place for a quick bite in the middle of your Copenhagen lakes tour. Best croque monsieur I have ever tasted, although small. Don’t count on it for a full meal but definitely for a quick bite. Would definitely come back.

We only had drinks and a few snacks (after a wedding), but we were maybe 30 people. The snacks were good, for drinks we had champagne and they gave us some cocktail which was outstanding. Service was quick and to the point, and the atmosphere was great, with a view to the lake.

Avoid at dinner. Half the menu unavailable leaving only the pretty dull sharing boards. The more interesting Spritz also weren’t available. Pretty empty - and we were subjected to a very loud discussion between chef and owners about what time he could close because he wanted to close at 8. Didn’t exactly make us feel welcome!

It's not safe to sit on the summer terrace! Things can be stolen. The staff is not customer oriented. Though the area is closed and guests can relax, people are walking around freely offering flowers and stealing things. Our new phone was stolen, the staff did not react in any way. When we called the manager, she came over with a glass of beer and simply recommended that we contact the police. An interesting fact is that all this time the manager was sitting at the next table with a company and they were also approached with flowers, but she did not even ask the person to leave the cafe.

This is a place in a fantastic location in Copenhagen. The service from the staff was fantastic and really stands out in comparison to other places in the city. We only had drinks, so can t comment on the food. Great tunes playing too! We re in Copenhagen till Sunday so we will definetely visit again before we leave.

Lovely location let down by disappointing food. We were told around 50% of items on the food and drinks menu weren’t available. What we did have was disappointing and overpriced. Could do better at home with supermarket buys. Maybe a location for a drink, we wouldn’t recommend a meal here.
