Always a nice experience. Cheaper than most places but the work is top quality. Definitely prefer this shop over most big bike shops. The expertise is there, and when the bike needs to be repaired or serviced, there are no surprise supplements in the form of other repairs, unless otherwise agreed. Can only recommend.

This has been my regular bike dealer/workshop for the past several years. Unfortunately, I have to say that the quality and service have dropped significantly. The last time I was there, my girlfriend had new tires fitted to her bike (at a reasonable price)..afterwards both wheels fell off as they were not fastened properly. Fortunately, it didn't happen while she was cycling. In addition, it seems that the owner basically does not care about customers.

Terrible and unpleasant place. I should have patched my bike. First he tries to upsell me a new tire and tube for DKK 580. Thanks, no thanks. When I get my bike, the patch lasts for 2 min before the air farts out. Now on both decks. Hand it back to him and ask him to fix it, free of charge. He goes mad, clenches his fists and lunges at me to threaten me. Next he pats me on the head and tightens his neck. Really unpleasant and very aggressive behavior. He doesn't patch my bike, he just rips out my inner tube and refuses to put it back on. Completely absurd experience. Not recommended! ...

I should have straightened my rear wheel and should have fitted a set of pedals that I had bought myself. When I handed over the bike we talked about how much it would cost. The bike mechanic wanted to make me a new wheel as he thought my existing rear wheel was very crooked. However, I think the 700 kroner was too much and we agreed that he should change a spoke and straighten the wheel for 200 kroner. When I picked up the bike, the bill was 580 kroner. He had to have 100 kroner to put my pedals on, it's fine to take a little to put the pedals on, but 100 kroner is a bit over the top. Instead of 200 kroner, fixing the wheel now cost 230 and then he had fixed my rear screen for DKK 60. Finally, he had decided to change my quick release lock for the rear wheel for DKK 190 - I just checked online. Such a cousin costs around 30 kroner in bicycle gear. I was very busy so I paid, but I regret that I didn't tell him that exceeding the agreed price must be agreed on the phone otherwise you get disappointed customers and bad reviews. the positive thing is that my bike works even though the rear fender still rattles.

My regular bike dealer and repair shop for 10 years. I always get honest service here, and the bike doesn't fall apart the week after, like elsewhere.

Super good, friendly and efficient service. Very real and repairs to preserve and protect the bike you come with.

Denies the right to return an unused item. Bad information. Angry dealer.
