Great place for a picnic! Parking is easy and the first stop on this small train ride is just next to Blovstrødhallen - you can't mis it 😁 Looking at the main entrance go right and you will see the tracks. In September 2018 the cost was 35 kr for adults and 25 kr for kids. There is a few stops on the way but at the end of the tracks is the old tileworks (once the largest in Northern Europe). Here the have benches and a toilet and you can buy a cup of coffee and tea. Nothing fancy but very affordable!

This is a splendid outing for both children and grownups.

Cozy veteran railway with narrow gauge near Allerød. Runs in the summer. Good for children, the trip is not that long.

Really nice little short trip. We had high sun and went for a walk in the area before getting an ice cream and taking the next train back again. Served by friendly people and extremely reasonable prices in the small "wagon stall".

It is very interested The only thing you have to take into account is that the train is a diesel train and so it is not the cleaned train you are traveling with
