Ended up just randomly stopping here for dinner when I was walking past and this place is great! Prices are reasonable for the city and the mussels are the best! Huge portion and the broth is very flavorful. Great to share or order as a starter for the table

We were two people visiting friday night. It was busy, but still had a cosy atmoshpere. Starting off, there were a couple of misunderstandings, leading to a late start for our dinner. Waiting for our table, we had some lovely olives for snacks, and a crisp and satisfying Sancerre white. Excellent start. We ordered the menu that had six servings. The bisque: Langustini was perfectly cooked, but the bisque had a bit too much cream in it for my taste, taking away some of that power and bitterness. We had the Mumm champagne for the bisque, which I think was served way too cold. The croquettes were a little bland and didn't have much flavour to it. So it was somewhat disappointing, although it was well prepared and the currants freshness was a good match with the greasy croquettes. The tartare itself was excellent, but lacked salt. The chips were also perfectly cooked, but I thought the terragon mayo overpowered the flavour of the tartare. On to the burrata (served as a shared dish), which were quite a surprise. Served with gremolata, and perfectly toasted bread. I have never tried this combo before, but I really loved the dish. The balance of the burrata and gremolata varied with each bite, but was somehow still perfect every time. Once in a while putting it onto the bread, gave that crunch you sometimes need, then using the last bread to scoop up the last bit of the dish. Just wonderful. They ran out of duck breast, so we had duck confit of the legs, which I love, so for me it wasn't a big deal. The dish was well prepared, the pommes puree a little too bland in flavour, and the duck was a bit too salty - which didn't help the puree. Still, we enjoyed every bit of it, picking of every last bit of the bones. We had the red Bourgogne, which was a really nice wine, and worked perfectly with the duck. Then the lights went out! Only the kitchen still had light, but the ventilation wasn't working either, so a bit of smoke started to pour into the restaurant. Staff was quick to apologise, and offered candles for each table. It was actually a nice setting, but it also had a great impact on the dessert, as the apple cake (picture missing) was served straight from the fridge rather than warm. It kinda ruined the experience. I did like the cardamom ice cream, but it overpowered the apple cake as it was supposed to be served warm. All in all a nice experience, but I think there were some details that would have made it a lot better, like the too cold champagne, the salt balance of duck and tartare, creamyness of the bisque and blandness of the croquettes. Small details that made a difference. I might come back for the burrata dish and that lovely Sancerre, but otherwise I would probably not. If someone really wanted to go, I wouldn't have a problem with revisiting, I would actually like to see if it would be different. Don't hesitate to go here, if you can't find a seat elsewhere, are in the neighbourhood or just want to try the burrata. Or maybe just go there and see for yourself. BTW: The power failure and the cold apple cake, is NOT considered in my rating: It was pure bad luck, and I think the staff did everything they could to mitigate it.

Really nice place, friendly staff, and amazing food. But water (from the tap probably) for 5+€ really??? Only because of that I gave 4 stars

Food is good but some of the portions we’re a bit off. Scallops are extremely tiny. It’s not even big enough to be an appetiser and the apple cake quiet small. The mussels were delicious and plentiful. Steak was also good but quiet pricey

Be aware that “smoked salmon” breakfast option is actually a side dish more than actual breakfast. Thinnest pieces of bread I’ve ever seen, and it was actually one piece sliced in a half. Plate so small that it was falling on the table. It was okay taste wise, salmon was fresh, but it’s just definitely not a breakfast. It’s an appetiser and should be advertised as such. Left the restaurant hungry. Didn’t take a picture because I was too stunned, honestly.
