UPDATED : LOVE this dealership... esp my sales rep Andreas Aarup. Really patient, responsive and informative throughout my whole process and really made an effort for me. Really sweet guy ! The showroom is so well done and so nice even from the coVid safely aspect. Today all the staff were wearing masks and there were hand sanitizers everywhere and masks for clients at the door...coffee is amazing too! The delivery time was pushed up a week and I really appreciated a very realistic time frame without any "Bullshxx". Even when Andreas was off, the staff of Audi main line was so helpful and so friendly and always accomodating in English. Thanks guys. Today's pick up experience was super amazing.. I was literally squealing! I love my little grey Gem... it's a beaut! SHOUT OUT to the best Service Team led by Nikolaj Dunn. What is there to say when the service experience was just so easy and comforting. I hit a nail on my new Q2 and both Robin and Nikolaj took such good care of me. When you don't know much about cars and the husband is away, it's nice to know I will be taken care of !

Great customer service and high quality work. If you have audi brand car and you really want your car to perform in long run without issues. I would recommend this workshop. Everyone I ever known in the service department such as Martin, Rikki, Niels and everyone of them are very nice and professional.

Great customer service. They offer you to try the cars you are interested in, but you might end up waiting quite a bit on weekends before they are available.
