As an ordinary citizen, I found it becoming more and more difficult to use the town hall in person, mostly because of their very tight opening hours. So when I and 10 others were waiting there was a nice employee who arranged for more hands to serve us - and then that queue disappeared 👍👍👍🌻💐🍀🤗
