The rice was so mushy it was not worth eating. There must have been new staff because it used to be good. Service and atmosphere were nice enough.

It went just a little too fast. Got a pick-up time of 1 1/2 hours, but still with the result that the sushi was rolled too loosely. AND then there was neither wasabi nor ginger. A sad Friday sushi. Follow-up: Had a good chat with AbsolutSushi, who is naturally upset about the experience - so I'm giving it another chance. Have had good experiences in the past.

New owners in May and unfortunately the quality has decreased. Didn't think the taste was the same and now I've tried 2-3 times. Previous review This is absolutely the best sushi I've had to date. The food is really picky and the staff are so friendly, sweet and welcoming. Can be recommended at any time

Fantastically delicious sushi. It may be a small place that doesn't look like much, but it always tastes really fresh and delicious. We have also eaten several times at both Letz Sushi, Sticks N sushi and Sushi 2500, but this is significantly cheaper, which is why we choose Absolut Sushi most times. We have bought from there many many times and it is always good. Can definitely be recommended.

Exquisite quality! The raw materials and various fish are fresh and thoroughly delicious. The rice is perfect and not packed too tightly. Definitely worth recommending.

Good sushi - but over an hour's waiting time, you are only made aware of it after you have paid. But the food is absolutely fantastic.

Always fresh Sushi here. And that is the most important. It's a small place, but they do have some seating. The price level is also very OK in relation to the quality.
