The trailer I bought to transport a brand new sports car, several 1000km was fantastic. But I expected that, but the service and support I received loading this very low car, learning how to balance the trailer and anchor the car correctly, was so kind and went way above and beyond what you could really ask for. The rims don't quite fit the hub, the hub hole is too big on the tires. Received two right tires when I ordered winter tires, but they sent a left tire when I called. The hood broke, they sent a new one, free of charge. Has started to rust a little, so the galv is not quite 100, haven't pointed it out to the company yet. Have had the cart for three years, works well otherwise, but since the prices are low, it can be seen in the quality.

Started placing an order. When I realized a little late that the prices were excl. VAT, so I abandoned the shopping cart on the website (no order placed). Two days later an email dims down with an order confirmation. I reply to the email and cancel the order. Received a cancellation confirmation via email and SMS Two weeks later, the company calls me and asks what is needed for me to place the order. A second monkey position confirmation has now arrived… Star number two because the customer service still responded to the emails that I canceled the order, and so far it seems that they will not try to deliver and charge for anything.

I ordered a trailer and the next day a person from the company called and confirmed the order. Got information about delivery from 3-5 weeks which I thought was reasonable. Two months later, I still don't have a trailer, which I understand due to the current material shortages in the world. Would have appreciated more info and feedback during the trip but now it is as it is. Anyway, today I got a call from the company explaining that the material prices have gone up and they want to be paid more. I of course refuse this proposal and get back "do you want it on your conscience that I can't pay my employees" A few minutes later I received another call from the Company informing me that they have found a trailer that was manufactured before the material prices were raised so I will get my trailer for the agreed price. This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with and would not recommend doing business with them

Called WT Trailer as I have a gap in my ball glove, the first answer was: Yes, we will solve that, there is a 24 month warranty. I was satisfied, but it was later changed to the fact that it was not covered by the warranty as it was wear and tear, how can it be with driving on branches, leaves and moss. Discussed back and forth about a new ball glove, the person in question would check if it was available but said a completely different price than what is stated on the website. After I, as a customer, looked up the name of the ball glove via the website, argued, etc., the person at WT finally found the glove. Ended up with me getting it for SEK 200 instead of SEK 299 and they "offered the shipping". Ok I said, when is it coming? Then received in response that they believed before Christmas! Horrible, I thought, as they have it in stock and the distance is about 10 miles. I was called today, Friday 19/11, and was told that I would receive it on Tuesday next week. Then the invoice comes and yes, the next mistake, the price was SEK 299. Asked WT to cancel the invoice, forget everything I said and I hope to never have to contact you again! Terrible customer service, lots of wanting and changing, making mistakes after mistakes. No, would never recommend these to anyone, spend a little more money on a real trailer and read the reviews before you buy so you don't go astray like I did.

Unfortunately. Beware of ordering a wt trailer. Was promised 6 weeks delivery time. It ended up being 19 weeks. Was promised free accessories as compensation. Haven't seen the smoke off. In addition, they raised the price by 6% during the delivery time. They are dishonest and completely unreliable.

Bought a Martz Basic 200. The requirement was a new complete trailer with gates, canopy and winter tires for recreational use. This trailer was the best value I could find. Very satisfied with both business and product. I placed the order on a Sunday. Financing options were available on the website. On Monday I received a call for delivery. I had chosen Arlandastad as the delivery point and could go there directly. Registration was a snap. The trailer is covered by the car's traffic insurance, so it was just a matter of hooking up and driving. Nice treatment there too. Since I was offered to have the accessories sent to me, it arrived with DHL after a week. Some useful experiences: - fast and good service - fast and digital registration in the car register - the trailer is covered by traffic insurance. Full insurance approx. SEK 300 per year. - load loops are missing, but there are certain places in the cart that can fulfill this function - the cart is extremely easy to roll around the plot to where I need it -18 moving boxes fit with the gates - the inside measurement of 200 means that there is room for a bed - remember to bring chocks or similar if the trailer is to be uncoupled - winter tires from the brand LingLong. Unknown to me but only to be used occasionally. Highly recommend both the company and the cart for recreational use!
