Absolutely rudest customer service ever. Have been called and have been scolded by them because they think we should answer the phone when they call. Can strongly recommend not working with this company.

Really good service and very nice consultants who guide and help with questions. WebCRM as a platform suits our company's needs very well, and it is incredibly easy to use. Dorte is good at follow-up and makes sure we have the help and information we need.

I have been using web CRM for 2 months now and am really happy with it. It is easy and simple to use and if you have questions there is always help available in the chat or on the phone. Nice that there are still companies that care about providing good service

We use webCRM to manage development hours and offers. It works very well for our needs and can also be integrated so that invoicing takes place directly in Economics. I think that I will soon participate in one of your webinars and learn a little more :-)

We are really happy that we have chosen to switch to WebCRM. It works really well for our needs. The customer support follows up if everything is ok - even if there has been no inquiry from our side and this creates security. We would highly recommend WebCRM further.
