We were on our way from Germany to Sweden for vacation staying in Copenhagen for 1 day when our car was broken into and one side window was smashed. VW Amager couldn't replace the window because our stay was too short but they covered it up properly with a durable plastic sheet and they didn't even charge us for that! We drove with that temporary fix to Stockholm and back to Germany, almost 2500 kilometers in 6 days and some heavy rain, and the plastic cover didn't come off, tear or leak. The VW Amager workshop saved our vacation. For free. THANK YOU!

Very disappointing and unhelpful: On the journey to Northern Norway via DK and S we suddenly had to complain about the failure of the audio system: no system changes (air conditioning, radio, navigation system, etc.) could be made - black screen... After a long wait, a service employee “looked after” (???) us. He asked a lot, but did little! At least he went to our vehicle and looked at the problem, only to then say that the workshop didn't have time for something like that! Thank you for this!!! An EMERGENCY like this should actually be dealt with as a priority, right!???

Got a loaner car when our own had to go to a sheet metal repair shop, as our car had been hit in our carport, but an Audi Q5 was just over the top.🤔

Great service! My car had been damaged which they fixed in a week and I got a brand new T-Cross as a loan car. They handled the dialogue with my insurance and I was in safe hands. Everything played 100%! The best recommendations from here.
