Been there a few times. 1. Time for a software update on a car I had bought used from another dealer. A few days later they called from Virum Motor Co. because the mechanic had written 2500 km on their internal papers, which sounded wrong on a 2 year old car. I said so there is where it says. The next day I drive to Virum Motor Co to see if they can help me find out what's wrong with that car. He spent a whole hour. Really good service by Virum Motor Co. Can highly recommend them.

Sublime service of my VW UP. Subsequently got a problem with the tire pressure gauge indicator, which they fixed without charge as it was dirt that had settled on the switch. A few weeks later I could hear water on the side of my door while driving. I drove the car back up and together we could establish that the car was not wrong. The SUVO treatment had melted into drain holes in the door and water had accumulated therewith. Thank you very much for great service!!!

Whether it's that much better than other places is hard to say, but it's certainly not cheap. Skoda advertises a free loan car, but it just doesn't fit in reality, you can rent a car if there is one available.

Fast and good service. But bad work. Drove 200 km then the car died with the same problem... 👎

Friendly and competent service. And they are super flexible! They are hereby my regular VW workshop, even though they are definitely not the closest
