Dont understand all the negative reviews. The workers are kind, I never have problems. Opening hours aren’t always accurate, sometimes they’re closed, sometimes they close earlier than 22.00

This is the worst kiosk ever. They never answer the phone. It can’t be that they are 24/7 busy reason why they dont even have 30 seconds to answer they’re phone. Its useless, phone is just ringing but they didn’t even bother to answer. I called thousand times. I have to ask a important package that had been there for a week but no, they never take the phone.

They have no control over anything. You have to be lucky if you get your package the first time you get there, otherwise you typically have to go there several times in a row.

Organized as a kindergarten class. They obviously haven't understood the concept that you probably shouldn't accept more packages than you have room for. I myself would think that it is probably a good idea that it is physically possible to get hold of the packages one's customers have left in one's store, but here they obviously have a different philosophy. Apopro's kindergarten class, it is probably a more suitable place for the staff than a paid workplace. Have more faith in Mcdonalds ice cream machine than this place.

Bad package shop!! 9 times out of 10 they haven't been able to find my package and give up. Subsequently, it turns out that it had fallen over behind the shelf / got a wrong number / put it in the wrong place... I have only met one of the men who works there - he is always angry and rude to both me and my children

Came down to pick up a package during the kiosk's opening hours, but was told that apparently they only hand out the packages at a certain time during the day - why that should be is beyond me, but at least I was allowed to leave again without my package. Furthermore, the owner took the opportunity to scold me about how hard it is to have to meet at 9 in the morning and wash the floor myself, which I honestly don't know where it came from. Very unprofessional undertaking - if you want to be sure of being allowed to have your package delivered, I would choose another location.
