Very poor workshop last time I got my car after a month and had to call many times and show up in person several times. I got the bill after 2 1/2 months which was MUCH higher than I had expected, as I thought they had changed a tension band which they first thought was the problem, they have not called or written what they wanted to do and possibly a price, even when I pick up the car it doesn't say what has been done and as he says it's probably not that bad. My car DS3 Crossback E-tense has been to the workshop several times and since it is the only authorized workshop in Zealand you have no other options and each time a long time has passed as they say they know nothing about the car.

Absolutely satisfied with info and presentation of newly purchased car. Quiet and calm explanation while we tested most things. Order and overview is a good combination with the staff, who also have a welcoming and listening attitude. Price and service go together well here.
