Do not test yourself for covid 19 in this center! I booked a trip to Croatia with my husband Nd we went there and paid 4000sek to get express test! They gave us a quick answer! He was negative and i was positive!!! I had no symptoms i needed to cancel my trip and when i found out that i feel nothing i paid again in another place and tested myself 6 times during 2 days! They were all negative!!! First of all how quick and accurate is this express test? Did they sent it to lab? Nooo! They let me psychologically feeling sick! My colleagues at work needed to quarantine themselves and test too. My vacation is gone! I lost more than 9000 sek on tests and trip!!!! Any compensation??????

A suggestion, don't even loose your time to call them for an appointment, they will find all possible excuses to not give you a time slot. The poorest service I have experienced in my life. I obviously run away from them.......

Worst place I’ve been to in my entire life! It’s funny that even HD writs that this place is the worst rated in all Sweden! I wouldn’t even recommend my enemies to this place! Plz people don’t even think about going there we need them to pack their stuff and move

A care center of absolute top class! Here, you rarely have to wait more than a few hours before getting an appointment, and if you call, you usually get a response within an hour. Here they have a STRICT policy for sick leave and printing of prescription medications, which may be the explanation for some bad reviews and only one star BUT if you are not a simulant, drug addict or hypochondriac, yes, then this is the health center for you. Both doctors, nurses and other staff here are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We are six people in our family. We are all listed here at Väla health center and even the children are happy. So if you're not feeling well, then this is the health center for you! I give Väla health center five stars and three thumbs up 👍👍👍 (if you like the recent review, please give it a thumbs up 🙂

Really bad treatment on the phone, not at all interested in helping their own patients, really don't recommend. Listed me at another health center straight away.

Unpleasant behavior on the phone. No times to offer although you are the first to call in the morning. When asked if they can come back if they get a cancellation during the day, they get the answer "We won't get that, so you can come next week". Unprofessional with that patient treatment and that attitude. Been going there for many years and have been thinking about changing for a long time, but now that was the final straw. Moves the whole family to another health center.
