Disappointing experience in connection with bicycle repair. The workshop claimed to have fixed the fault on the bike, which unfortunately was not the case. The fault persisted even though the crank was changed for 800+ kroner. It was a simple adjustment of the gear that should have been done instead. If the workshop had examined the bike before and after they would have found this. Unfortunately, there was NO friendliness towards this from the workshop - what a pity. Recognizes that such a workshop can be busy, but when the workshop is unable to recognize the obvious, trust is gone :-(

Really good service and perfectly done work at a reasonable price. Both in Danish and English. Can be recommended even though they almost have a monopoly on repairing bicycles in Værløse.

On Thursday, I handed in a bike for a service inspection. It also had a flat on the front tire and needed a new tube, needed a new seat post and the chain needed loosening. We agreed that it could pick up the bike on Monday. When it was to be picked up, the bike dealer said he didn't show where it was, but he wanted to look out the back. He brought it but it was still flat on the front tire. The bike dealer took it to the workshop and after 8 minutes he came back with a pumped up bike. After a 2km ride it was flat again, the seatpost hadn't been replaced and the chain wouldn't loosen. I called Værløse cycles and complained about the bike, he said I shouldn't pay anything for the service.

My bike was for service. We'll leave it for a while, because service is probably exactly what was missing. After "service" my bike is still flat on the rear tire - they had been kind enough to pump up the flat tire but not patch it. The front derailleur was not adjusted and the brake pads were not replaced. On the other hand, the batteries in my lights were replaced, and that was good. When I approached the store with my dissatisfaction, I was met with indifference.

After a modest start, there is now a really large selection of all types of bicycles. Anders and his employees super service reminded and have an attitude towards the products they sell.
