You have to look for more miserable customer service. Hand in watch for inspection/assessment and are told that it can take up to 2 weeks - hear nothing, call down and are told they will look at it again, still do not get a response - text, still do not hear anything - choose to pick up the watch after 4 weeks, when it's hard to find the watch and you don't want to say hello or goodbye - but just mumble, we're sorry for the long wait - they hadn't looked at the watch at all. If you are so busy, then maybe you shouldn't take on so many tasks 😡

Bad tradesman... I have paid 5000.00 for service of 2 pcs. watches... both broken and I had to send one for repair abroad... missing ball and lost crown in gold... so unfortunately I can only give one star and recommend you find another watchmaker.

Love the cozy watchmaker on the pedestrian street! Always new exciting watches and the possibility of rich inspiration for the wrist... and then there are often a few limited and special edition versions to be found ❤️

The place has a completely fantastic service with an incredibly high level of professionalism. I have a mechanical omega from 1966 which has had a major overhaul and service. The watch now runs perfectly and shines like never before. After service, however, there was a small scratch/strange ring on the back of the watch's "buckle", it is not known whether it has come to light in connection with polishing/polishing. Of course I was sad because the watch means a lot to me. They offered that I could come over with the watch and have it polished away at no extra cost even done in half an hour. The price may seem high, but with fine mechanics you really don't want to compromise on quality, and when it comes to craftsmanship, quality and customer service, every penny is well spent at the watch workshop.

Fast and professional service. Asked for an assessment of my Omega Seamaster which was done immediately (disassembly of watch for verification of movement) and even without charge - that's good service I think!

I am writing this review to warn future customers about the watchmaker's prices. I have nothing to complain about the watchmaker's work, which I have used several times. However, this ceases now, as the business has either introduced a new price policy or has simply cheated me. Today I paid DKK 375 for 5 minutes. occupation. The work consisted of adjusting the length of a chain. I have previously paid DKK 50 for a similar task, so the price is obviously sky high. In other words, I just want to point out that you risk being ripped off for DKK 4,500 per hour (DKK 375 for 5 minutes = DKK 4,500/hour) if you use the Watch Workshop.
