My Skoda wanted to bother me with a service, and then you do what the car wants. A wonderful stay, almost a spa-like stay for the car, both a wash and the caress for the car, worked wonders. I rewarded the car with 3 liters of octane 100 and what a party we had. Will definitely come again 😁

Service agreement had to be moved from a to b, advice was simple but in short everything continues unchanged They send a new addendum to the agreement where they have now shortened the period by 2 months and in no way believe they have given bad advice, it is obviously standard to remove 2 months for them..

We need a new car and either want a Skoda Octavia, VW Golf or a Ford Focus. Have visited dealers of the last two brands and it has been a great pleasure. We have so far visited four Skoda dealers, and it has been a total round of theater of the absurd. That is why I have chosen to report the importer of Skoda as a warning to other customers. First dealer would not give a price during the meeting, but insisted on sending an email with a total price of what we had agreed. A week passed, then the price came: DKK 309,754. Including additional equipment. But not a word about what extras we actually had to pay for. On the other hand, the dealer had included some pdfs in his concise offer with a list of all the models' standard equipment. They had turned a quarter of a turn wrong, which was a bit comical. And all the information was exactly the same as in the brooch I had been given in the shop. The next dealer I spent 20 minutes on the phone describing our needs. When I came down to our agreed meeting, the salesperson had taken a day off and had not forwarded our agreement to a colleague. The dealer didn't even have a car with the configuration we had agreed for me to test drive. And the colleague of the salesman who had fired me spent half the time ridiculing Ford and calling them cheats, which we as current Ford Mondeo owners didn't think was particularly appropriate behaviour. Third dealer jotted down a handwritten offer on an advertising block from Jyske Bank and then offered half for our Mondeo what all other dealers had offered. At the fourth dealer, I waited for 10 minutes while a lone customer advisor was busy with a couple. He looked at me several times, then looked away again. After 10 minutes, I burst in apologetically and gently asked if he was alone at work today. He replied that his colleague was at lunch, but that he could call him. That he can see me waiting for 10 minutes without, on his own initiative, either asking me to come back later or calling his colleague, well...I'm probably at a loss for words here. And now we come to the finale: Skoda's breach of the law. If you design a car on skoda.dk, the price is indicated without delivery costs. It has been illegal since the turn of the year. All prices must now be stated as the total final price including all possible fees. This also applies to delivery costs. So I have taken a number of screenshots documenting the fraud and reported Skoda's breach of the law to the Consumer Ombudsman.
