Bad customer contact No service or friendliness Should have removed my acrylic nails. The woman who removed them chose to sand all the way down instead of removing the rest with something that dissolves the acrylic so it can be pushed off. My nails therefore have traces of wear and tear. They are broken and fragile. There will be no more.

Louiza makes the most beautiful nails and they last many, many weeks. She's on a well deserved summer holiday right now and I need to get my nails done but I'll have to wait until she's back as I don't want to go anywhere else. Fantastic clinic!!!
