Worst experience I ever had in a hair dresser .. I had a hair 15 cm below the shoulders, it was very broken, but without asking me she made me A shoulder long Paige hair.. I’m still crying 3 days after! It’s horrible ! Also the hair color she did, it’s yellow in the top and platinum under - she used 1 hour on the highlight, and of course the hair will be more blond under if you let it sit for so long !

My wife from Kenya had booked an appointment at 1:00 p.m., at 1:30 p.m. she was allowed to sit in the chair, no excuses for having to wait. When we booked, we talked about how she wanted it to cost 790 now, the owner had not heard of that booking but wanted 1500 instead. I asked her how long it would take then she informed me that it depended on whether new customers came in I meant that if she started with my wife she had to finish it. The owner was most annoyed and unpleasant. I understand why no African women make an appointment there. We have been there twice, first and last. She also left my wife in the salon to go to the doctor. How can you treat your customers like that. The salon and the woman who works there is terrible Avoid the salon every day of the week!!!!

Cut myself for 3 years. Been more than happy with it. Felt sloppy and I pointed out unevenness before we were done, then she cut a little more on one side then it was fine. It's uneven and choppy :/
