On the weekend of 7/5/22, we held a big engagement party in Room95. Everything was as agreed and planned. There was excellent service both from Simon and the service staff. There was a lot of space in the room and plenty of space for dancing. There were no challenges in the table setup and it was set up as desired. The added magic ceiling, i.e. The skylights on the ceiling gave an acoustic atmosphere. We recommend that you rent the room if you need a room for 150 people. Thank you very much for this time, and it certainly won't be the last time.

Held 18th birthday for my daughter and her friends small 50 people. There was plenty of space both to sit and to get the dance going. There was good communication throughout and you were quick to respond when new questions arose. We had an arrangement with the room for 5 hours, and didn't have to clean up ourselves - super delicious. Room95 has been extremely real and we also got the full deposit back. The daughter had a great party, we could easily consider that again.

Room95 is a super large room perfect for parties for 100-150 people. I myself held a small celebration of my engagement with 100 guests, and there was plenty of lovely space in the room for both dancing and eating - which is of course important especially during the Corona times. The process itself was reasonably smooth, and we were given a good tour by Simon, who welcomed us well before we booked the room. However, we wish there had been a more detailed manual for using the music system (which, by the way, is included in the rental price and even has Bluetooth) and lighting. In addition, we would like to be able to keep the room for longer than 8 the next day. This is because a party that lasts longer than 00 can be difficult to clean up at night / early in the morning, as you can otherwise be tired and exhausted. These are due to the missing one star. However, I would say that the room has such a simple and clear interior, and the kitchen is nice and big, which makes it easier to clean and keep order. All in all, we had a nice evening, and we thank Simon many times for giving us a call the next day to follow up and hear how it all went :) Here he also told us right away that the deposit would be transferred immediately, which you will of course be happy about :) Free parking for lots of cars around the venue - this is a huge plus! We have held an engagement party for 150 people and it has been a fantastic experience🎉 The staff + Service staff were very friendly and skilled. We would definitely recommend Room95 to everyone who wants to hold a good event! Thanks for this time Room95!

Really good experience! I used the room for my birthday. Super nice premises, nice light and pleasant relaxed atmosphere. We made use of some of their add-ons and saved a lot of time on an otherwise busy day. Everything was according to the agreement. We will 100% return! Highly recommended!

Amateur rental In the beginning, everything went according to plan. We were out for a showing and were received politely by Simon. We agreed that we would book the room for our soon-to-be christening. So we made a booking online. We contacted Simon several times to find out a day when we could meet and sign a contract. This was made difficult in the meantime, as it had to take place on the premises, so that we could be properly familiarized with the conditions. When I arrived as agreed, no one opened the door. I tried to contact Simon on ROOM95's phone number, but without success. I ended up finding a number for the company in the living room that could give me Simon's direct number, after which I contacted him. He had mistaken the time, and would be there within fifteen minutes. When he arrived he was stressed and in no way ready to make a proper handover. I was asked to pay a deposit as agreed in advance, as well as give a signature. I then drove home. 10 minutes after I got home, Simon called again. He just forgot that I had to sign somewhere else too. I drove there again and signed. The day came and the christening took place despite some not particularly appetizing toilets. Since we didn't have time to do more with that, we agreed with ourselves to simply deliver them back in the same condition. We had to send a relay home for knives, as there were neither kitchen knives nor bread knives in the kitchen. There were also other things that were not mentioned on the to-do list either, which it was assumed would be in the kitchen. During the christening, a leaf wall that was not properly installed began to detach from the wall, as well as a few marks in the floor, as the floor has obviously not been treated for rental purposes. In connection with the clean-up/cleaning, I followed the associated plan. However, it turned out that there were still a few oversights: a forgotten coffee filter, a trash can lid that had not been thoroughly cleaned on the underside, a wall-to-wall carpet, in a passageway without light, that had not been vacuumed thoroughly enough, and a cumbersome dishwasher where the filter had not been cleaned as we had not been introduced to its use. It cost us our deposit of DKK 2,000. I therefore called Simon, who already sounded tired of us, to find out if it could really be true. But he stubbornly believed that we had left such terrible damage that it would cost us our entire deposit of 2,000 kroner. So my conclusion must be that if you have to rent a room, find another place. The idea behind ROOM95 is really nice, but Simon who runs the room is hopelessly unprofessional, and this ruins an otherwise excellent experience. In addition, it must be stated that the room is a made-up corpse, and it is you as the tenant who has to pay for it when the make-up gets scratched. However, if you are desperate, as we were, rent the room, but only take what you own with you. Then Simon can clean up himself. You will most likely hand over your deposit anyway. 😊
