GREAT NEW CONCEPT IN HOLBæK So the new food trend has finally come to Holbæk with shared dishes and delicious appetizers, so it's definitely not the last time we sit down at the table in the lovely premises in Nygade. The weather was warm, so we stuck to cold dishes: oysters, beautiful smoked mackerel with different preparations of tomato, artichoke cream made from "real" artichokes and not from glass, and an absolutely wonderful scraped tartare of the most delicious beef with crispy chicken skin. Everything tasted of quality and fresh ingredients, and was also arranged so that it was a feast for the eyes and not just for the palate (perhaps a little difficult to see from the photo). In addition, the service was also top notch! If you want to taste something new and delicious in Holbæk, go to Qudu (couldn't help myself, and it's a good way to remember the restaurant name).

Disappointing.. today's catch: 4 small pieces of cod with dill!! Ribeye flat and the cold butter couldn't melt? No garnish for the fish? Only garnished with dill
