Bad experience. I had a diamond put in my wife's wedding ring and got a bill that was approx. 50% higher than the same performance from Dec. 2022 and earlier years, in the Plaza at Frederiksberg !!! Since we have moved to Hillerød, I thought that the Plaza here must be at the same price level as in Frederiksberg. - But I became wiser

Exceptionally poor service - wasting my time. Stopped by on Sunday 8 January at 12:45 to have a battery changed in my watch. First waited approx. 15 minutes later it was my turn to be dispatched. The clerk suggests that I go for a walk while she changes the battery - it will surely be finished in half an hour. Kill half an hour in the centre, but when I come back at the agreed time at At 1:30 p.m. she has not started the watch, and now suggests that I pick up the watch on Monday. I have rarely experienced such an arrogant waste of my time.

Too poorly trained staff. Walked out of the store with a men's watch strap that could fit almost 2 times around my arm without the clerk saying anything.
