There is nothing wrong with the place as such, but it is almost impossible to pick up a package when you work full time! It should not be open only from 12-3pm on weekdays.

Why isn't there anyone even if you come during opening hours ❓Was there today Thursday at 17. And this is now the second time I have been exposed to a locked door.
