Good down-to-earth advice regarding pricing, negotiations and good informative briefing on the course of the case and the showings. Fast responses, even if there is high pressure on the market. Best of all, not being forced into marketing costs and for sale signs. Competitive prices. As potential buyers of a house (previous experience): Accommodating and pleasant estate agent with no pressure to buy. Offered alternative solutions for the house if the presented house was not to the liking. More of these types of brokers please 😊

They only get 3 stars because of their super sales coordinator, otherwise I would have given 0 stars, I don't get into the actual sale but will give this advice, don't be fooled by their sales pitch about their huge sales file waiting just for your house/apartment .
