A less than ethical service shop experience. I went in to get a regular bicycle service checkup (100kr) and asked to get my basked tightened and my brake line tightened - regular service stuff. The worker convinced me to replace the brake cable so we agreed on a price of 300kr for everything. When I came in to pick it up the owner told me I had to pay 650kr. Some people believe Danish don't like confrontation over things like this and will just pay but I argued. He reduced the price 500kr. I accepted as I did not want further arguing. After this he had the audacity to try and sell me a bike seat and pretend it was a long involved (pricey) process to change it when I said no thanks I don't have time he then said it would be quick in a couple of minutes. I felt absolutely insulted. I left an immediately went to a regular bicycle shop who confirmed that I was just cheated. It is a pity these types of people are doing business in family areas.

Bad experience where the owner demanded twice as much in payment than initially agreed. Lack of ethics and morals. I can read that there are others who have had the same experience - I would NOT recommend this bike shop.

Somewhat the same experience as whatfhefck. Charged me for an extra pad which turned out to be included in the bike lock!
