Michael was very kind and explained the whole process of recoding locks. I had an offer from my insurance company to change locks, and he helped and made sure I was eligible for the offer and did not just want to make business with me. Honest and good guy. Should have changed my lock on the mailbox as I had no key for the already existing one. The new one had to fit my front door key. When I called Michael we agreed that I should send pictures of the whole thing. And shortly afterwards he called back with a price and about an hour later it had been changed. Fast and super good service. Nice price. Can definitely be recommended. And he also makes extra keys.
