Very beautiful cafe in a historic surrounding and building. Behind the cafe you can sit and eat while you enjoy the beautiful park of the monastery nearby. In spingtime the trees in the backyard bloom and create an atmosphere like a fairytale. As Germans we are new to the Danish Smørrebrød. In the Café we have found some really unique variations with unusual toppings for a traveller who is open to new delicacies. Great experience!

Food is so so and not much choice as only 2 sandwich. Price is a bit expensive vs quality & sizes as almost 90 -100 kr for one open sandwich. Staffs looks very tire …… 😅 Not really recommend

One of the nicest cafes to visit in Northern Zealand. Mille helped my family and I when my husband arranged a small birthday event here. She was super sweet, her cook was the same and we loved the food. The atmosphere is super relaxed and calm

A short cobblestone road leads to the cafe which couldn't be any better. The personnel was very friendly and took all the time for advice about possibly allergic ingredients. The food was just delicious, sitting outside was delightful due to the beautiful surroundings. This cafe is one of the best places for lunch I've ever been to.

Bad atmosphere, the staff overlooked us and spoke condescendingly when we approached. Nice idea that part of the staff are young developmentally disabled people, but they were not trained to operate and just stood and watched us. In other places with the same staff composition, we have received the nicest service. The tomato soup was way too salty.

Really good food, beautiful surroundings and good service. Will definitely come again. High chairs and some toys for the little ones.
