Used their electrician company to set up 2 PH radio house pendants. Unfortunately, the electrician lost the one that broke. Here, 4 months later, we still haven't got a new one, as the shop only wants to order the spare part wholesale and there are many months of waiting for the part wholesale. Despite the fact that the spare part can be bought in many places at retail price, they will not pay that.

It's a nice little shop, but unfortunately the only one in the area with a wide selection. Unfortunately, because they don't take MasterCard. If you are unprepared, you will have to go down to the Trianglen to withdraw cash and back again. When I very politely and kindly asked if they could change it, I got a sharp answer that the owner had enough to do and that I could just get an ordinary Dankort. I wouldn't stand and argue in a store with many customers, but I find it insulting that a store asks a customer to change their payment method. As mentioned, there are no other shops of this kind in the area, but I intend to find an alternative business, even if I may have to go a long way for my goods. John Hyldgaard

It has been a great experience shopping at Lyskilde, not least because they have a large selection of sf lamps, a good website which is easy to find around and easy to place orders in. Can definitely be recommended.
