Have submitted my car for interior and exterior car wash 5 times. Have always been able to live with the half-decent result as the price is very cheap. (dirty rims, crap left on the car, dirty water dripping on the seats, etc. Like I said, it's so cheap that I don't expect a 100% clean car). However, the cup holder has broken on one occasion and last Friday the control for the AC also broke (used daily and worked in the morning before leaving the car but not when it was picked up). I went in to point this out and was careful to explain that I don't want any compensation or for them to fix it or anything like that, just that I want to convey that this is the second time something has been broken and that they should be more careful. The manager, who wasn't even there when the car was washed, refused to believe it and thought I was lying and said it was impossible for it to break. I tried to explain how it probably broke but he refused to believe it. Very bad treatment as, as I said, I didn't want anything from them but just help them with what to think about when they wash cars. Would not recommend anyone to wash their car here despite cheap prices. The car does not get clean and they are very careless and have a bad attitude towards criticism. Should your car be damaged, I doubt you will get any assistance with that.

Too bad the car was neither clean inside nor out. The only thing that was positive was that there was no waiting time and that it went quickly. Or maybe it wasn't so good when you look at the result

Not very flexible. Wanted only polishing of the paint, but then the price was the same as including interior cleaning.

This time it was new tires on old rims that applied. And yes, of course they fixed it. Fast professional and very affordable. Now I just wish they opened a car repair shop too. Imagine being able to leave the car to someone you can trust 100%.

Hand washing is clearly the best and gentlest for the lacquer! Careful, cheap, nothing comes close for this result! 6th car wash is free! Strongly recommend! 5 points
