It is a great shop where you can trust people ! Pierre took care of my bike for a very good price, and was ready in no time. He is honest and competent and if I ever need to go back I definitely will ! I recommend 100%

Dropped my bike in on Friday to have a patch done on my wheel for 50kr. Picked up my bike today, paid the 50kr, the guy unlocked my bike (which was outside) I thanked him and then started walking away but noticed my gear shifter was completely broken and pieces were snapped off it. It didn’t work at all. I turned around and spoke with the guy and he said that I had done it and that it hadn’t happened while in the shop. I said that it would have been noted when I dropped it in on Friday if it had been broken (it’s very obvious when looking at the bike) and he pointed at little scratches on my basket and bike frame and said that I must have crashed the bike and broken it before I came in on Friday?? So then he tried to charge me 245kr to repair something that had happened while my bike was in their possession (they would knock off the 150kr work fee, how kind). I declined the offer and took my bike and went to another bike shop. I would rather pay 400kr to an honest bike shop than 245kr to this bike shop who took advantage and were dishonest. So sad I paid 50kr in good faith when they did 400kr damage :( As you can see from my other reviews I never ever leave bad reviews, but I felt I had to warn others in case they were also taken advantage of by this shop.

I was told the puncture patch will cost me 50 dkk. Without notice they changed the inner tube and charged me 160 dkk. Had to wait 2 days. Not satisfied with the service
