The best treatment! I've gone to Charlotte for a couple of times and got filler in my lips, at my chin/cleft and a little in the worry line between the brows. I have received so many compliments over the years for my beautiful lips! When I have told people that the lips have had filler in them, they would never have guessed because they look very natural and true to the face. I LOVE the lips that Charlotte has conjured up. She has managed, as the professional facial artist she is and the extremely skilled therapist she is, to make my lips much fuller (perfectly full) and highlight my beautiful natural lip shape. Never used lipstick before, use up several lipsticks a year now after I had my lips done at Charlotte. Besides that, she is just the sweetest, most empathetic and understanding person and very professional. I'm not super good at being poked on the lips, but she calms you down and I really feel there's room for me if I get a little nervous. My cleft in the chin, which from the natural side feels like stretched elastic and it is difficult, but she has done an incredibly nice job on that cleft in the chin and it holds up fantastically.

Charlotte is quite sincerely the most present, warm-hearted, skilled and professional therapist. It's almost like visiting a dear friend when you pass by Charlotte. You then come out and feel that you have been good to yourself and have been in loving, good hands, which is a wonderful feeling.
