DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Worst nail salon + experience I've ever had. - Regular man/ped was the same price as shellac. 800 DKK! They have another location that charges 500 DKK, so they're taking advantage of the neighborhood - No one speaks Danish or English and they are dismissive and rude (woman was on FaceTime taking a personal call during my pedicure...) - They do not sanitize their tools - Poor paint job that started chipping the next day

I am happy with the results. They work really quickly, which is I prefer. Sometimes the shape of my nails is not that good, but most of the times it’s great! The manicure always holds for weeks.

Poor manicure, poor customer service. Its better to find a different place to spend 400 DKK on manicure shellac that chips off after 72 hours. Staff does not sanitise any tools and poorly communicates with "point and show method", as simply does not speak English or Danish.

Very difficult to communicate, I write this review in English so the shop can read it. They are very dismissive, don’t ask anything, I didn’t get what I wanted due to poor communication, I just gave up. I only go there for convenience when I visit Lyngby, will try the nail salon in Lyngby storcenter next time and many they are more accommodating. Best regards Lise

Poor communication , they can nos speak danish or english ,, they are very bad on shaping And filling the nails ,, they speak aloud Thai . And expensive , i will never back there

Terrible customer service and experience. Had the most grumpy and not service minded lady to treat me and she was downright unpleasant. Communicated only in Chinese and was downright rude. Would advise against anyone visiting the place!
