Unsatisfactory experience with service. They never fixed what agreed, they never called when promised.. I lost the car’s guarantee, time and patience with them. Additionally , I did not feel welcomed by the desk people which is not a good start and I am 100 % sure that most of the misunderstanding come from them. They always accepted the money tho.. they never complained about it.. Overall! Not recommended

I went and test drove an MG Marvel R Luxery.. Ended up leasing one of them because its a great car with a great dealership, answering all your questions, and Martin one of the salespersons at Nellemann made it his personal mission to make sure i got exactly the car I wanted with the specs I wanted as well. Great Service. :)

KIA Valby changed oil in my car. Then when the level of oil in the car started to increase for some reason. I asked to check what is wrong, and KIA Valby changed oil and did system cleaning for free, which is great. However they did not issue any receipt and apparently did not put anything in their IT system. So two months later when regular service needed to be performed, they refused to not perform oil change, as they did not have proof that oil was already changed in July. So in the end they changed the oil again and charged full price for the service and I received partially service I didn't need that cost me around 1000 kr of unnecessary expenses.

Please make sure you read the small print, these people will try to f... you any chance they get. Please chose somewhere else to buy or lease your car.
