I got a referral from my general practitioner after a thorough examination. With a simple Google search, the doctor also found a few good back exercises on sundhed.dk that I could start with. At Jyllinge Physiotherapy I got almost the same examination and back exercises, price DKK 280 - Subsequently, I found out that there are over 50 exercise videos for the whole body on sundhed.dk which are completely free. I don't quite feel that I got full value for my money at Jyllinge Physiotherapy
