My new favorite fishmonger on the Øresund coast :) Fantastic focus on the importance of the freshness of the fish and on whether the fish is environmentally friendly and locally caught, i.e. mainly in the Øresund either caught in nets, bottom nets etc. drunk / drunk. Fantastic and friendly service.
