I have changed quite a bit of rental apartments in Sweden but this was one of the worst customer service experience I ever had. It’s surprising that the administrator’s do not even listen to the query and say that they do not trust the customer words directly and will only listen to their coordinators. It’s like say whatever you want we don’t bother listening to you. The coordinators lack social skills, I would suggest you to give them trainings about how to talk to the customers who are paying the rent for using the apartment. My query was something that could have been solved by just having correct approach but the attitude of the coordinator was pathetic and unacceptable. There is so much I can write about the negative exp here but I don’t want to invest more time on this.

Absolutely ridiculously horrible! Beware of the property manager / landlady 'Layal Sarris' - does not pay attention to tenant emails and gets defensive when all this is pointed out. One of the prime reasons why the Helsingborg Heimstaden is so very pathetic! They try to scam you with move out expenses, very poor quality of service requests. Please try to avoid if possible now - have lived for 4 years - was perfectly fine under Newsec management before these guys took over! If this is not enough, please feel free to check the trustpilot reviews as well which will narrate a similar story or more likely a worse experience for other tenants!

Cannot trust them. if you are using direct debit or e invoice beware they can just send you invoices without informing you in advance. They send the invoice and you have to pay there is no reconsideration on this.
