We are for holidays in denmark and went to this cool grill in Frederiksværk. We were surprised by the kindness of the workers and one of them (maybe the other one too) was able to speak excellent english and even could suggest burgers. I chose one of them, the Bearnaise burger and we also decided to take fries. We waited for around 10 minutes when he came to bring our food. The burger was really one of the best burgers i've ever ate. All ingredients were fresh and tasteful. It really was excellent. We had medium grilled meat. The fries also were perfect, really crispy. Only take one cup of ketchup, the portion is big. The only thing that isn't perfect is the location when you devide to eat right there, because it's directly at a roundabout. But most of the people just take away their food as it seems. Overall Rating: 5/5!

Wow. Just wow. The perfect final to a sports weekend at Tisvilde Hegn. Bearnaise Burger and fries. Medium. Tasty. And even the fries (who are un-loved side dish in most grills) are astonishingly good.

Usually really great food, but when you choose to not have a phone number as a company, then you also need to make absolutely sure you give people exactly what they ordered.. today i got a burger full of dressing, wich would have made me very sick if i didnt discover a splash on the wrapping.. its allready an hour of waiting before we can pick up our food, yet when mistakes are made there is literally NO possible way to communicate with this place to have them correct their mistake.. This alone outshines the fact that the food is usually really good - because such poor service is worth no stars at all.. EDIT: After this review the owner has been harrassing the person who picked up the food for me both via phone and after via mail.. What a professional... This review was written before i even went back there to replace my food but the attitude of "im too busy to bother" made me leave since i dont trust people with my food because of allergies.. Agreed i could have handled the situation better too, but harrassing people who have absolutely nothing to do with this - that is a poor character.. Watch out if you go there - better like the otherwise good food AND the "service" or else...

Some great burgers are worth mentioning & this is one of them. Best burger on this side of Atlantic Ocean- ha ha.. Joke aside- but my American wife was impressed and that says it all.

Horrible service. The most obnoxious, rude and horrible service by the young guy working there. Never expereinced anything like it! We decided to leave without eating! Dont go. Try somewhere else that will appreciate your custom!
