Terrible service. Should have picture framed which took four weeks instead of the agreed two. Worse still, we had agreed a price on delivery which they suddenly couldn't remember when the picture had to be picked up, so it ended up costing 50% more out of the blue.

NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP!!! Wrote to Glarmester Gunnar Jensen's Successors to get an offer to have 3 canvases/paintings stretched on BLIND frames. They very briefly asked for the measurements and without knowing anything about how the canvases had to be measured in order for it to be nice, I sent approx. measurements to them and they gave me a price of approx. DKK 1300. I handed in the paintings and said that I didn't know if it was exactly the right measurements that were needed for the paintings to be nice to have hanging as blind frames. They said they were looking into it and would call when they were done in 14 days at most. After a month I had to contact them myself and ask if they were done and yes, they had been for a long time, they just hadn't called. After a handful of pickup attempts, I finally got my paintings (there are rarely any in the store). When I got a good look at the blind frames, it was definitely not pretty or for hanging (see pictures!!). The clips that held the canvas on the frame were visible if they were to be hung on a wall (IKEA's blind frames are available much nicer!!!) and in addition the canvas-paint boundary was not hidden behind the canvas, but could be seen on the side of the canvases, so that became visible when hanging on the wall (see pictures). So if you went to professionals to get a job done, this was probably poorly done!! Tried to advertise about it, but was almost mocked and they defended their craftsman's honor by saying that they had only made the measurements I had written. But honestly?!? You are the professionals who know how to make blind frames and should make a beautiful craft that you yourself would be proud of! Otherwise, you had to guide me to make goals - that's probably part of what I paid so much money for! Glazier Gunnar Jensen's Successors were not at all interested in performing service in any way! Not either, when I suggested we could do half the damage and then get it done nicely so I could hang my paintings. But for that I was mocked again and again NO kind of SERVICE - Which was really the picture throughout the whole process! So stay away, it's too expensive for the quality they perform!
