Vegan 4-course New Year's menu - starter: White asparagus menu, middle course: Eggplant carpaccio, main course: Mushroom steaks, dessert: Pear sorbet. Really delicious and easy to prepare. However, a little too much cream and decorations were given, so there was a lot left that had to be thrown away.

I was so happy with the food for my 40th anniversary, it should be them who file my medal 🙂 the food arrived on time and was ready to put on the table, so there was no extra work for my bosses. It tasted so nice and looked so nice and inviting. (several asked for the name of where it came from) There was plenty of everything. A happy anniversary 🙂
