Very bad exchange rates. For instance the difference between the actual rate compared to what they use is 10% for Jordanian Dinar. 10%!!! If you have the chance, try another place instead.

This rating is not for the local but for whole Forex Bank Sweden which recently became Fraud Bank!

How unfashionable to introduce that you repay unused foreign notes with cash? Or pay SEK 25 to get them on the card. Luckily you get by with credit cards in most places these days.

Unfriendly staff. Will never go there again! If you as a customer should miss something, you don't have to raise your voice. I also asked if it could be resolved through a conversation, which I got. Then they aggressively tell you not to talk on the phone. No competence or service! Completely pointless behavior.

Cheaper if you are a member of them! Exchange money before you travel :)

Malin at Malmö C is more interested in eating her freshly bought fries from McDonalds in the room next door than actually wanting to help someone exchange some money. Outright lies that she thinks my currency looked too new even though my money is hidden in my bag making it impossible for her to see if I even have any notes. The other Forex offices are better. Edited: I called Forex immediately after the visit, have also emailed the Forex Customer Ombudsman. Minus 5 stars for communication. Your tip was literally to "google it". Will never switch/attempt to switch at Forex again, can "google it" a better place to switch.
