Extremely bad experience! Extremely bad. They do not help their customers in any way. We had booked a car in the USA. On the way there we will be delayed as our flight is cancelled. We contact Avis car rental but they cannot change anything regarding the rental as the booking is made through FDM. We contact both FDM by phone and email but it is impossible as they are off from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. Will then have to make a new lease through AVIS, which says that FDM will be credited 100% and that we will get the money back from them. Only here 1 month later and after moving several times have we got the money back minus a fee of NOK 1100, which they believe they are entitled to even though they have been credited in full by Avis. They choose to be closed from Friday afternoon to Monday morning and cannot help the customers they send on holiday - this is extremely poor service. You are better off by booking directly with AVIS, last time we used FDM - thanks for nothing!!!

We have used FDM travel 5 times now. And you can always count on super competent and engaging salespeople who know what they are talking about. Tips, tricks and warnings about the holiday, right down to routes you have to drive, places you should experience and good restaurants. We can warmly recommend FDM, especially drive yourself in the USA and Hawaii.

Here is a 4-star hotel by FDM Travel, with fungus, rot, moisture damage, and lack of maintenance for several years, we pointed out the conditions at the hotel, but we got a reply after 2 days that they could not find other rooms for us. but it was not noted by the hotel that we had pointed out the conditions, so it is not possible to get the package travel appeal board right. The hotel stay was in week 42 of 2018 and the hotel still appears as a 4-star hotel by FDM Travel.

They didn't have real vignette cards. They could not tell where the Milijø zones were in Germany.

Provide incorrect information regarding online check-in on flight, almost missed the flight. Definitely not recommended.
