Ordered a bicycle helmet from ecykelhjelm.dk d 24/2-20 for DKK 449 and it was too big so I sent it back the day after I had received it and I heard or received nothing so I wrote to them d 23/3-20 where I got the answer that they had just taken over the company and had to get some things in place, so I gave them time and then wrote to them again on 9/4-20, where I got the answer that they had not yet got things in place with the previous owner and they hoped for progress after Easter and then I heard nothing more and then I wrote to them again on 11/5-20 to see if they had found out anything soon and I have heard nothing today on 17/6-20! I think it's everywhere criticism and I would advise people not to shop there if they don't want to end up not being able to get their money back.

Defective Høvding Airbag sent back. Received by the company on 21/7-2020. It is now 5/10-2020 and they have stopped responding to emails regarding the processing of the case.
