We had our apartment assessed by Danbolig Espergærde, who believed that it should be offered for 1.6 1.7 million. We went with another broker for a good two months and one open house later it was sold for 1.9 million. So it was appallingly unambitious on the part of Danbolig Espergærde. They had obviously made a quick sale and scored their fee. But we had missed a quarter of a million kroner. For a young family like ours, it would make a world of difference. Can YOU afford to use this broker? At least we're glad we didn't end up doing that.
