Wunderfull hotel with a great restaurant for both diner and breakfast. Easily reached. The shower heads and the beds are okay , but ready for replacement.

Room was clean, but we had an issue with the drain in the shower. It was draining as was as the water was coming out from the shower head so a bit of a overflowing. The staff is friendly but we had a weird communication with the cleaning lady. Check out is at 11 am and she came around 10 am to clean and we were packing and a bit frustrated that we were still there. The location itself is beautiful and relaxing but very outside of Copenhagen. Public transportation is really not easy to got there and really not convenient. Only 1 bus every hour and than you have to catch the train. If you are lucky, it takes about 40 minutes from the hotel to Copenhagen but if you are not, up to 1h.

Rooms with carpet on the floor (dirty). Like all hotels, there is no bidet. I asked to change the room because it was dirty (dust, spiders), but I had to clean the next one too so as not to cause an argument.

The good thing was that the cloom was clean and well decorated, parking close to the room. We were a little disappointed! We stayed during September and the weather was chilly, we come from hot country so for us it was a bit cold in the room and the heat wasn't working- when we asked about it at the reception she wasn't really nice and kept going on how is it possible that we need heat instead of trying and help us. We decided to relax and drink something at the bar which was open but in our surprise there wasn't anyone at the bar and the answer of the lady in the reception was that they are busy right now so no one can come and take an order.

The hotel location is outside city noises. Very clean and elegant one. Staff are very helpful and breakfast is perfect. Just missing small amenities like free bottle of water for guests and tea/coffee station in the room. There are car parking and huge walking area around in middle of green parks

Nice hotel, good food, however they could be much better performing. Three stars as: 1. No gym!!!!! 2. Over a 4 night stay, the first night they gave me no linens nor quilt! I had to go and get them at reception as the phone in the room did not work either 3. On day 2 of my stay the room service left a dirty towel (not mine!!!) in my bathroom. I hope Managment reviews my comments and take inspiration for improving.

Good room and breakfast. It's 20 minutes from copenhagen. There is enough parking space. Friendly staff to answer your questions. If you don't want to eat in the restaurant of the hotel prepare to travel a bit.

Stayed in room 301 in the "other" building. Liked the cleanliness and atmosphere. Staff was helpfull and attentive. Found the walk-in shower narrow and lacking the water pressure expected from a 4* hotel. Nice bed but small duvet for a big guy. Breakfast nice, but could be improved in selection. (Please serve fresh orange juice!) Dinner was in principle good quality food, but much to salty and long delays in the service.
