Cool spot for traditional Danish dishes. I noticed more locals than tourists which ir normally a good sign when you are looking for good food and low prices! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was 10/10. The pork was unreal! Highly recommend

In a cold Copenhagen we found the warmest place of all. Not just a place to warm your bones, but your soul too. What a wonderfully friendly welcome we had by the staff there to be followed up by home cooked that lifted my weary body from a days exploring. Portions are huge and prices very reasonable, definitely value for money. The decor gives of this old fashion vibe without being dated because it fuses with the atmosphere to make you feel at home.

Food was delicious and portion was great for the price. We ordered: • Hakkebøf (minced beef steak) - my favourite dish, super yummy topped with caramelised onions, potatoes cooked to perfection • Flæskesteg (roast pork) - well-flavoured, tender and so juicy • Fiskefilet (breaded fish) - a rather thin slice of fish but tastes not bad with the honey mustard (?) • Halv Kylling med pomfritter (half roasted chicken) - my least favourite, chicken was too dry and flavourless. Fries was great though • Æblekage (Danish apple cake) - yummy, love the almond crunchy bits, but be warned its VERY sweet
