Incredibly unprofessional company! The guy who was here to install my charging post drilled through the interior ceiling AND the exterior ceiling of my garage when the wire was going to be run. Now it has leaked water and is completely wet in the wind and there is a big risk of mould. Had my father not been there, there would have been no charging post. The guy that was dispatched got stuck with his drill and my dad had to take his own drill and finish the drilling. The installation with apps etc. was also not completed by the person in charge but had to be done by us. Looking forward to compensation for this!
