My son bought a chicken sandwich with his friends during their recess. When my son took a bite, he could feel something hard in his food. He checked what it was and found a huge bone in his food. When he went back to complain and say his teeth almost broke they didn't care.

There is definitely room for improvement. Bought 2 lentils and 2 raspberry slices which all had to be thrown away as they were inedible. They tasted of mold and stale bread.
