I initially rated this clinic one star as the nurse was unprofessional and gave me no medical advice and receptionist told me that there is no record of me in the system although I took blood test there. But the doctor was professional and considerate enough to send me the blood test results via post, so for that, I change my rating to three. I still do not like how unorganised the clinic is but at lease the doctor is good.

I had to get my staples removed after being attacked by a dog. After calling various clinics, this one accommodated my needs and encouraged me to come in to avoid further infection. At the clinic, I was welcomed by friendly staff and given advice on how to further treat my injuries. I firmly recommend this clinic.

Just another vårdcentral that treats patients like ping pong balls without providing ANY kind of help or treatment. Another useless center that proves that Sweden has probably by far the worst health care system in the wider European area. Uncommited staff and sentencing non sense protocols.

My sambo listed himself in this vårdcentral yesterday through 1177 web page. Today I called to book for him time here. I informed receptionist about it right in the beginning. Receptionist Marcus Linden after consulting with his colleague said "we read your journal and we cannot accept you as a patient here, go back to your previous vårdcentral, seems like doctor there has a plan for you", I said "my sambo is not happy with his previous vårdcentral", he repeated the same thing and rudely closed the phone on my face. Another useless vårdcentral and violation of my rights!!

We've been at the drop-in hours many times, both for us and our kid. Very satisfied though of course, it's for smaller issues and just around 10 minutes per visit. That's enough for us and the physicians are very competent. We've gotten referred to specialists when needed. This is a much better clinic than the Capio Söder for example.

I am not sure who the receptionist was at the time of our check-in today, but she had glasses and sandy blonde hair that was going grey. This woman assumed because we were not swedish and handed her an immigration card for my daughter that we had no personal number. She did not bother to ask and three times -in a rude tone- tried to tell me we must go to our local vård. And would not let me finish a sentence to get to the part of --we have personal numbers--. PLEASE, do train your employees not to assume information, ALWAYS, inquire for information. We sat waiting feeling very uncomfortable as if we were not wanted there, simple because of the upphållstand kort. Immigrants are not a bother and I do pay taxes and everything else swedes do. Malin is a very nice drop in doctor. ******UPDATE******* The same lady came to me two months later to apologize. Very heartwarming. That is the first time I have had an apology for something like that. Kudos to this Lady..many many points in my book. Thank you for the acknowledgement..it means more than words can express.
