I haven't bought anything yet as I am still just looking around, but the staff was very easy-going and friendly and they did let me try freely one of their bikes I was considering to buy. They also advised what to do or avoid in case I am going to buy a bike from Facebook, DBA.dk or similar.. which shows a good attitude and I will most likely come back.
